Back-Ordered Goods

We accept back-orders on certain goods which are out of stock. Most out of stock items eligible for back-order are replenished in 2-3 weeks and are shipped out in the order in which they were received. Purchases for back-ordered items are non-cancellable unless they surpass the three week (15 Business Day) mark at which point, if desired the entire purchase price will be refunded back to the customer. If we anticipate a back-ordered item will take longer than 3 weeks to fulfill at the time of order, customers will be notified and will have the option to cancel their order or leave as is.

Shipping

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Due to COVID- 19, our carriers have been experiencing slight delays in shipping, so please allow for 7-15 business days (Monday thru Friday, excluding weekends and holidays) for your ground orders to arrive. We apologize for any inconvenience and are working hard to get you your sleepwear as soon as we can. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding!

Unless otherwise stated all orders ship from our location in Miami, Florida.

Shipping—Tangible Goods

Shipping for most tangible goods is handled through U.S.P.S. Ground or Priority depending on the size & weight of the package. All products except small goods that can be sent flat through envelope (such as small prints and stickers) are shipped with tracking information. All available shipping options are provided at checkout. International shipping is available on some goods and shipping options have been made available for those goods. Orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days unless otherwise stated.

Shipping—Art

Fine-art prints, sculptures & limited edition items are produced using different vendors and suppliers therefore shipping options, framing options and processing times may vary.

Returns

A return must be requested 10 days of the received date, after which merchandise must be sent back within 10 days. Merchandise must not be worn, washed, dyed, or altered. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging. Returns must include the packing slip supplied during return process (packing slip will be sent along with the return label). Package should only include items listed in that particular return packing slip. Merchandise that appears to be worn and/or washed and not in its original/sellable condition may result in a delayed refund/exchange, or may not qualify for a refund or exchange. In these cases, the item(s) will be returned to you. Certain items are marked as not refundable and are not eligible for returns (ie. gift cards, gifts with purchase). Sets and Kits are not eligible for partial exchange or return.

Returns—Tangible Goods

Certain tangible goods such as apparel are refundable assuming items are undamaged and in original condition and packaging. Return requests must be placed within 10 days of receiving the item. Once approved a return authorization slip will be provided to the customer to include with return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless items arrived damaged or otherwise stated. Once your returned items are inspected upon receipt, you'll get your refund typically within 48 hours.

Returns—Art

Fine-art prints, sculptures & limited edition items are nonrefundable. All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Order Cancellations

While we can cancel some stocked good orders prior to shipping out, we make it a point to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. In the event that a stocked goods order has not yet shipped, we may be able to process a cancellation and fees may apply. Custom goods & art are not eligible for cancellation.
